This EODD plan was made by Jon Benson, a famous fitness instructor and a known publisher of health and fitness books. His book is about the promotion of eating “bad” foods or fatty foods to make the metabolism of the body faster.
This diet plan doesn’t make you leave what you have been used eating, in fact you still have full control of anything that you wanted to it while in this diet plan.
You won’t be having a hard time following this diet plan, because it is like not having a diet plan at all because you still get to enjoy foods that actually will make you fat.
There are three available variations on how you would want to run your diet plan, and this is available to everyone who wanted to be fit and healthy. One variation available is the Primer, which allows you to eat everything you want every other day.
There are three variations this diet plan offers, depending on what the client feel that he is comfortable with. Primer is recommended for beginners, so that you can adjust on the course of this diet plan, then if you have already well adjusted you can now try the Lifestyle level of fitness. There is also a diet plan available for athletes and that is the Extreme plan.
To make this diet plan effective, you should also include exercise in your diet for this to be successful and effective. Without the proper exercise, this program won’t be effective enough and you won’t be getting the results that you wanted. This diet plan is proven safe and effective and is a great way of losing weight.
