Add a whole lot of veggies in your diet; vegetables should be foods which are rich in color. These hold valuable antioxidants that will help to flush your body of toxins keeping your blood running smoothly to your cells. Vegetables such as pumpkin’s which is low in calories give high fiber. Chilies are also extremely helpful. They shoot up the metabolism
You must consume a minimum amount of eight glasses of water per day. Avoid carbonated water; instead quench your thirst with plain drinking water. In other words, drinking water is just another healthy daily habit that can help you reach your goal quicker and smarter. Water fills you up and occasionally thirst could be mistaken for hunger
